The Bluff House

The Bluff House has been designed to maximize the sloped landscapes of WNC. When terrain drops off, and water naturally flows down... details matter. The Bluff House invites guests in and down towards main living spaces that blend seamlessly into the outdoor environment.

Terraced indoor floor plans mimic the natural watershed this home is situated on. Rather than carving away whole hillsides, build your dream home that becomes a part of the natural topography.
